Welcome to my home!

Welcome to my new home! Well, my internet home. Obviously, I don’t live at WordPress, that would be… uncomfortable. At least for my 3-dimensional self. But it works perfectly for my author self!

So, what can you expect here?

I’m glad you asked! I will run a column or 2 for your entertainment. I’ll start slowly and build up, so at first, there won’t be a lot of posts. I will also post updates about my writing; processes, plans, and productivity. Andof course, releases! Because releases make the world go ’round. At least my world.

My first column will be Willow’s Wonky Wisdom. Because, why not? To be followed by other weird words like Willow’s Weird Whims, and Willow’s Wayward Wanderings. Don’t miss my next adventure!

So subscribe! Let me know what you want to see!

Keep your hands on your mouse, keep the screaming to a minimum (it makes the neighbors nervous), and buckle up buttercup; the ride is going to be crazy!

In case you don’t know who I am…

Willow lives in her imagination, because it’s more interesting than the real world. When she isn’t dreaming up new ways to make people kiss each other, she likes to cook, hike, and cuddle with her chihuahua.

She reads voraciously, sometimes staying up far too late, and reading anywhere she can; including grocery lines, parking lots, and waiting rooms.

She is an incurable romantic who believes that love expresses itself in a myriad of ways. And that love at first sight is not only possible, but that it happens more often than we realize.

Willow is addicted to making her characters fall hopelessly in love, but not before she chases them into the woods and sets it on fire. She writes about strong women, alpha males who don’t need to prove their strength, and marriage equality. And she’s a strong supporter of ethical non-monogamy which is why she includes so much of it in her stories.

Willow can find romance anywhere in her imagination, and she writes what she dreams. Her best ideas come to her while she’s driving and can’t stop to write them down. This is a good thing because she has far more ideas than she’ll ever be able to write.

Willow can be found on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Head on over and follow her, she loves to make new friends.

Her real-world counterpart, Ann Shannon, lives in New Jersey and spends as much time as possibleĀ visiting her grandchildren on the west coast.
